Amelia Driscoll is a junior creative writing major concentrating in fiction. She is currently working on finishing her novel titled 88, writing short stories, and working as a writing consultant for the Keller-Williams real estate agency’s website and Facebook page. Her love of nature and music often inspire her writing as well as friends and family. When she is not in Wilmington, Amelia can be found traversing through the gorgeous mountains surrounding the Asheville, North Carolina area, usually by foot or her personal favorite, on a mountain bike. Amelia is excited about graduating next year and is hoping to write novels or outdoor adventure magazine articles.

Samantha Freda is a senior at UNCW majoring in Creative Writing with a concentration in nonfiction, though she is now trying to expand her writing into all genres. Samantha was born and raised on a small island off the southern coast of New Jersey which she has found to be a great source for writing material, as well as the dynamic characters in her own personal life. Samantha loves to visit places she has never seen before and hopes to do some travel writing in the future. Her interests also include spirituality,art, music,nature, and her friends & family. Samantha plans on attending graduate school and being a professor of creative writing someday.

Mary Sue Preveaux-Murray:
Hey peeps, I am a non-traditional student at UNCW which means, I did not just graduate HS and start college. It has been a journey to get here, and I can't believe I'm almost done, yet I feel as though things are just warming up :) I posted pics of my dogs because I think they are the cutest dogs, but that is so biased.. I KNOW! But I love taking pictures and posting them so I'll be doing a lot of that..and videos too. My major is English Lit with a teaching option, but I am not really sure what I want to do when I am finished. I moved here from NJ in 06 after spending most of my life as a singer/songwriter, and I have played many, many gigs, spent years in Nashville and recorded a CD. OK, so that was fun, but I wanted to do something else. I went to school to become a sign language interpreter, and after I finished school for that, I moved to Wilmington. I have been working as an interpreter, going to school, and doing some gigs here and there. I have a lot of cool stories to share with everyone, so I hope you will read!
